As previously leaked Moto will be releasing a new Moto C line focused at the budget/entry-level smartphone buyer. Both devices will also be available for purchase from Motorola's website, though it's now unclear whether either will debut in the United States. Also coming this year is the new Moto C, Motorola's most affordable smartphone in the new line-up.
The Moto C Plus, on the other hand, is said to have "power that moves you".
It sports a 5-inch display with FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) resolution.
The Moto C Plus is very similar to the Moto C with respect to design, but there are some areas with respect to specifications where it surpasses it.
Moto C features a 5-inch display with 720p resolution. It is backed by a 2,350 mAh battery and offers 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Global Positioning System as connectivity options. For more details on the specs, you can have a look at our previous article. The Moto GS will reportedly have a 5.2-inch display, which is as large as the current Moto G5 Plus's, while the Moto GS Plus will feature an even larger, 5.5-inch display. Reports suggest that the smartphone will include a 5.2-inch display with SmartCam and 3D glass.
The Moto G series comes next and the challenge here for Motorola will be to hold on to the huge legacy that its predecessors have left behind. While the former will sport a 5.2-inch full HD display and a full metal body, the latter will have a 5.5-inch full HD screen as well as dual camera setup. Under the hood will be a Snapdragon 660 CPU that will be paired with a RAM of 4GB.
This is the final lineup of Motorola for this year. As per the tag, the "GS" series is the "Unlimited Premium" segment devices.
